The symptoms you are having could be due to alot of things. Pregnancy does not cause you to use the bathroom more often until you are much further along. The nausea and backaches could be a sign that you are pregnant but the best thing to do is go get a test from the drug store. They are inexpensive and easy to use.

It is possible to still have a period after conception. No one can tell you for sure if your pregnant. The symptoms you are describing are signs of pregnancy but the only way to know for sure is to take a test.
Stress and thinking your pregnant can also bring on these symptoms.

The only thing I can be sure about is that you might be pregnant. If you are late in getting your period that's the first sign. Your symptoms could mean you are pregnant and they could also mean that you are about to get your period. Or they could mean you have something else going on. I'm afraid the only way to know for sure is to get tested.

Probably; go get a test TODAY to be sure though.
I had a 3 day period that was not my NORMAL period when I became pregnant with my daughter. The next month, I was sick, sleepy, all that other stuff! Got a test, and sure enough, I was pregnant!

You could be. You might want to go to the doctor for professional insight, but it sounds like you are. If your test comes up positive, still go to the doctor to find out what you need to do to stay healthy and lose at least some of those symptoms.

You need to take a test to be sure. It sounds like you are pregnant but nobody will know until you test.

I would take the test. This way, you can take the appropriate medications for your child if you are pregnant. It certainly sounds like you are.
