A lot of people do this crazy dieting thing. Personally I think thats foolish. Eat food that you know is healthy for you..follow the food pyramind. Yeah, carbs arn't great but you need them. Just watch HOW MUCH you eat. Also, try eating 4 or 5 small meals a day. If you starve yourself your body will hold onto that fat because it won't know when you'll next eat but if you eat more frequently, just small amounts, you're body will know that it won't be long before it gets more food so it will burn through it faster.

There are many diets on the market. Personally I prefer something that works quickly.
Weight only comes back if you go back to what what you used to eat. If you change your food choices the weight stays off. This is the basis for gastric bypass surgery, 500 calories a day.
I lost 198 lb in 1 year on Kimkins, but it's a strict diet only for people serious about losing weight. A new member has lost 20 lb in 21 days.
If you don't mind losing slowly, you can check Weight Watchers.

Cardio, Cardio, Cardio.
Cardio workouts, 3 times a week, approx.
anywhere from 1 to 2 hrs at a time.
Eat more veggies, less meats, watch your carb intake.
Stay away from sugars, candy, chocolates, sodas, all caffeine, and also junk foods which all of them go right to the thighs and stomach areas increasing Fat.
One set diet does not work.
Create your own, but highly consider my advice.
Drink 8 to 10, 8 ounce glasses of Spring Water a day.
Do not eat anything or drink anything that has more than 6 grams of sugar in it, or it will be fat in the stomach and thighs areas.
Most of all, be patient with yourself. If you fail and/or make mistakes whether they were/are willful or not, Forgive yourself, get up and continue on with your goals.
Honestly be very patient with yourself, IF you choose to, You Will Succeed !!!
And no matter what, "Love and Accept Yourself, whether others love and accept you or not, You must genuinely do this for Yourself!!"
P.S - read "Wherever You Go, There You Are."

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

i tried all the fad diets and lost weight only for it to come back with a vengeance. You really need to eat better and exercise. I lost 20 lbs doing this and kept it off for 2 years. I joined the selfdietclub.com group. It helps you track your calories, percentage of protein, fats and carbs as well as your exercise habits. Hope this helps.

If you are serious about losing weight, the calories
in the food you eat should be less than the
energy you use. You will have to increase your
metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will
lose weight faster. More details available at

well it starts with exercise and choosing foods wisely. I would do 30 minutes a day and then work your way up to an hour a day once you can handle it. Eat portions that are not to heavy/// eat grilled chicken/veggies/wheat toast for breakfast with peanut butter... don't starve and don't diet!!! Just change your diet to healthier things to eat!!! they are plenty of great tasty things out there to try!! watch out for sodas and juices with high sugar as well!!! good luck!
