well, for starters im almost 16. but i want to do something nice for my family on thanksgiving.
just totally awesome and out there......any ideas?

do something funny------dress up as a pilgrim or turkey and dance

You could do something like make the centerpiece or decorate the table or dining room with candles, etc. Or maybe you could be in charge of desserts and make a few pies like pecan or pumpkin, they are easy and almost everyone enjoys them.

Make a giant card and hang on the wall for everyone to wish whoever he wants on thanksgiving.

why don't you make a nice note or card for each family member telling them why you are grateful that they are in your life - or you could tell them at the dinner table.

Helping out cooking dinner or dessert would be a good idea. Saying grace and telling them how thankful are that you have them as family and that you are all together would make them feel appreciated. I know especially parents really need to hear that they are loved and appreciated.
