If it is a newer 3.1, engine code M or J:

Lower intake (make sure to apply blue loc-tite to bolts):
4 vertical bolts to 65 in/lbs in a cross pattern, then retorque to 115 ft/lbs (go over each bolt at least 4 times to allow the gasket to compress).
4 diagonal bolts to 15 ft/lbs

Valve cover:
tighten in a cross pattern to 80 in/lbs

Upper intake:
torque from center in cross pattern to 16 ft/lbs

Hmm I would imagine it would be on the owners manual in the glove compartment or maybe on the back of the radio or maybe try googling it.
