Simple... Your balls produce chemicals called hormones. These same hormones can be found in steroids. When you start introducing these foreign chemicals your body thinks, "Hmm I've already got enough of this stuff these guys down here are producing so who needs them hanging around getting in the way while I'm running and hurting like hell every time I tick-off some stupid wench, how about we reallocate some of those resourses to the new muscle tissue I'm expanding." *Poof* the ball tissue is reclaimed and redistributed.
