Actually a pretty good question: You can sleep in a car, but you can't drive anywhere in an apartment. Of course, I'm assuming money enough to keep the car legal.
Even considering that, I think I'd rather be carless. I'd hope for friends who have cars to come to my home!

Carless...is MUCH better than homeless. There are lots and lots of happy, well adjusted people carless who get along just fine. People in New York City for instance.
Homeless is just pitiful.

carless due to the fact a bus stop is down the street from my house and my dr office is close by and so is the grocery store and the pharmacy.
