Generally speaking, there's no law that says you can't take pictures of someone or videotape someone who is outdoors -- that's how the Paparrazzi make all their money -- but if you were to sell the tape (or copies) or do a web-cast of the tape or distribute the tape in some other way without the consent of that person, you can get in BIG trouble. You MUST have consent if you intend to sell, release, or distribute that tape. If you don't you can get sued.

Not while you're on their property. However, you can take all the pictures you want if you are in an area of public access (doesn't matter where they are).

However, you cannot use their image for endorsement.

You cannot take audio recordings without their consent, however, unless they are in a public forum. Nor can you insert their images into fictitious circumstances, lest you risk libel/slander charges.

Yes, it is perfectly legal. It is what you do with the tape that becomes a legality issue.
