You can normally write to an author care of the publishers of the book. I've actually done that in the past ... & absolutely thrillingly got a reply.
Or try contacting the Siamese Cat Club as she is one of the Presidents. There are names & addresses of the officers (not the president though) on the website - maybe one would be willing to reveal her address or to forward your letter for you.
