need 2 know wut tools n wut needs 2 be polished

Well the head needs to come off, and all the valvetrain taklen out. Umm im going to guess you dont have the machinery to machine a head. So take it to a machine shop tell them to port and polish and do an angle valve job while there at it.

If you don't know how to do it, don't attempt it, because you can ruin the head, which will cost way more then having a professional do the job..
