IN reguarding too one incident occuring at which i'd was then arrested at 144 Glencoe ave #310 stating i'd walked to 200 kings run drive.My research (no driver license,only metro transit servercing OHIO) at 4.2 miles & being their at 11:12am (district 5- 6 officers to make arrest) whiled at Kroger's at 10:13 am (witness) family dollar to obtain water balloons w/ their children. (#106-attorney 6/28/2005) .......AT distict as asked officer to please listening to phone conversation of VICTIM stating reguards viaduct at FRISCH's meeting so'd she'd could pick up her money....as female officer (6ft caucasian) states i'll take over SGT. you OKAY as short officer steps out! going to (R) of district 5 as female finished with the booking.
