want to control the time they use the computer, what program can I install to do this? I dont know alot about computers, but I was terrified when i found bad web sites in the computer history, I want to totally block this web sites please help me with advised.

You can try something like net nanny. But remember that you won't stop your kids from doing what they want with the computer until you get computer literate enough to understand how it really work. Until you do, kids will pass right under your nose and you won't see a thing.

to make websites off-limits, you change your internet options in internet explorer. Content that's shown can be blocked, and you can type in specific addresses that will be blocked.
