On top you have control, but you have the responsibility to perform.
On the bottom you have no responsibility but you give up control.

Majority of the time, I prefer top. I love being in control and doing whatever I want to do. Then there are times when I want to be taken control of. ⥠Then there are days it is a power struggle and everyone wants to be in control. Those can get very interesting!

if you're on the bottom of the heap then the view never changes - be flexible.. be on top then on bottom and then on top again .. and then - yeah you get the idea
