I hope not as I lived in Africa for years where it was always hot. Last winter in the UK , my first since I came back, was just about bearable for me and we only had snow for a couple of days and I hated it. Knowing my luck, and listening to weather-wise people here, I expect we will have the worse blizzards and winter since the winter of 1962/3, which is when I left Britain for warmer climes.

I am going to Canada where it is snowing properly.
The UK gets snow most years.
One forecasts says it will be the hottest winter on record and another says it will be the coldest in 20 years. It did get to -8 wind-chill in Peterbourgh about 4 days ago. I would say there is a decent chance of snow this year.

It would be nice! I got pics from last time and I live near the sea so it's just funny to see. The sun shining and it looks like it's warm but then there is snow on the ground

It's already snowed this year - last winter.
As for this winter, I'm betting on it not starting till next year - January or Feburary time is usual.
