Depends on what it's going to be used for...
Sometimes the truth is far too explicit and hurtful to simply pass on... it has the power to kill and destroy people.
But the truth is priceless at times. It can save people from judgements.
I suppose it could be our greatest weapon. But like any other weapon, it needs to be used wisely.

The truth? You (WE) can't handle the truth! (Jack Nicholson) We seem to like the lies or having people tell us what we want to hear. BUT... I must admit, the truth can sometimes be so cruel and hurt so much that I could agree that it could be the greatest weapon to use. (Bill Clinton would agree with me there too)

John 14:6......
well, i dont wanna sound evangelical here but the truth that there is a world beyond this world where there is no pain or suffering or decay or death. He came to declare that truth and that He is the King of this imperishable ‘spiritual’ world. And that He was the way to this place. and thats the relevance of truth as a weapon on my personal view...

Truth SHOULD be the most powerful of all weapons, but its effects are all too often obscured by the fog of dogma, a fearsome weapon in itself, which causes many to consider truth to be subject to debate.
I have to believe, though, that truth will out. At least in the long run.

Unfortunately no. The war will be won only because good is more powerful than evil. Arm yourself in the truth and be prepared for the battle is coming and none will be able to hide!

since switching to this avatar, I have been answering the majority of questions here with naked truth. it has been quite revealing , helpful to me. When it becomes too much, I switch back to one of my floozie avatars and coast for a bit again. But for now, i want the light shining directly on my heart.
