Why interior the international would you think of Sugarland is satanic and evil? That is mindless in besides. Sugarland is a duo with a astounding blonde female and a goofy male guitar participant. NO - no longer satanic or evil.

Yes, as a matter of fact, I do. I think she has a great voice and that it is very distictive. I have seen them in concert twice and they do an excellent job. It is a high energy show and is worth seeing. She has been doing this for almost 10 years and they have made their own way. They are not your typical Nashville sucess story and I think that is awesome. I will be buying their 2nd CD today and I am looking forward to it. As for the pronunciation of some of the words, she's southern, she has a twang and an accent. I find nothing wrong with it. It reminds me of Reba's twang, the way she pronounces certain words and they sound totally different. What about some of the rap artists out there? I can hardly understand half of what they say, but it's ok for them to sound like they have a mouth full of crap. Not everyone will agree with me, but I think they will go far. As for the performance last night on the CMA's. ABC screwed up the majority of the performers sounds. I have seen just about all of them live and they sound NOTHING like they did last night. Plus, with the was TV's are soo different these days, nothing will sound as good as the real thing. ABC had quite a few broadcast problems, so don't pin it on the acts. They don't have the chance to do what they normally do on tour, they just show up for sound check and hope that the network knows what they are doing with the sound.

I didnt really know about Sugarland until they teamed up with Bon Jovi for the CMT Crossroads series. I watched it and thought it was great - I really liked the duet for "Wanted Dead or Alive". I recently purchased the Sugarland cd - its a pretty good album. There is only one song that I dont really like to listen to.

I typically like the group and like the tunes I hear on the radio, but last nights performance onthe CMA's kind of put a damper of my opinion of Jennifer Nettles. I have to agree with you her pronunciation of words is a little wierd.
My boyfriend shares the same opinion as you. He cannot stand to hear her voice.

I had never heard of them until I saw them on Las Vegas. I thought they were OK but I am not running out to buy their album.
You may want to try listening to a different radio station.

I can only listen to one or two of their songs, most of the time they sound way too whiny for me. I saw them this past summer when they were on tour with Kenny Chesney, and I was not all that impressed with them then.

I think Sugarland is a lot of fun. I've enjoyed their first album and I will probably buy their second one. Music is a matter of taste so I understand that not everyone will be a fan.
