Maybe this'll work. I just came up with it off the top of my head.

Friday night, the house is tight,
Rocking and rolling, we party all night.
Supposed to work Saturday, so? It's all right.
Quarter til dawn, stifle a yawn.
Somehow stagger up the stairs.
Collapse into bed, covers over my head.
Instantaneous exhausion takes its toll.
No counting sheep, I seek to sleep
Upon my porch my co-worker creeps
Banging, banging, at my door.
"What are you doing? It's eight forty-four!"
Croakingly spoke I my reply.
"Leave me 'lone. Ten minutes more."
Quoth co-worker "Never!"
Moaning, groaning. "A few minutes more!"
