Hello. Until this day I haven't heard a better solo than the one Slash played in "Sweet Child O'Mine". Terrific technique and full of feeling. Wow, this guy sure makes the guitar talk!!! Best regards!!!

Slash's solo in Velvet Revolver's "Slither" is the great man at his best. I don't think you can say if any particular specialist guitarist at that level is better than another. From Hendrix to Paige to Clapton to Van Halen, their all Gods!!!

Interesting trivia, Slash's "sweet child of mine" riff was actually him arsing around making a police siren sound with his Les Paul. It was Axl Rose that thought......hang on, I like that sound. The rest is history.
