i was after school for extra help and i went outside 2 wait for my ride. Then i went 2 the front door to try 2 get in the school but a kid made sure all the doors were closed. and this girl (his friend) excedently leaned on the handle and i opened the door and he got scared and fell backward. Then brandon grabed my shirt and shoved me. Then he punched me and gave me a bloody lip. Then he tried 2 punch me again but i blocked and speared him in the gut and trucked him in a lost in found bin( it was about 5 feet away from us). he got hurt and 2 of his toes on his left foot broke and sprained his ancle.

the next day at school i get called down 2 the office and i get suspended for lvl 2 violence (he told on me and he didn't get in trouble). The assastiant princible tells me that i started hitting him and punched him (by the way he had some bruises) and she wouldn't believe me because brandon came in crying and because i beat him up.

He says his parents are going 2 sue me.so can they??

No it is not justified at all. I assume the girl will lie in court if it comes to that in which case you can get her for purgatory which is an offense. Just be honest and don't get angry because that won't do you any good at all. Good luck.

You need proof that you didnt start the fight and that you were only acting in self defense.

This is why chidren are to be supervised at all times when on school grounds, either by teachers or parents. Someone has failed you. But you still will be responcible for your actions.

If you can prove that you didnt start the fight then your risk is lessened, but it doesnt mean you're off the hook. You very well could have called for help or walked away.

well he has a jump on you because he talked to a parent first, becasue of this, he will be able to say that he got help first. But if you are telling the truth, then justice should prevail. let them take you to court I guess. But just be hounest and tell the truth.

he is probably lying about his parents going to sue you but if they charge you and go to court simply tell the truth - DONT fudge or exadurate. ( I cant spell)
