Go to WWW.ASIAPLATE.COM for a starter.
They will have a listing of whats being shown.
You will then need to download a program such as SOPCAST to stream the images.
It's a lot easier than it sounds and well worth it bearing in mind you then get access to the Premiership games too, and yes all for free.

careful with asiaplate, i ust went there, didnt actually click on anything and my antivirus software picked up a virus.....
