Yes, the best part of a PDA is organizing data, you can have contacts in one place, everyone's schedule in one place.. but what is more important is the software you use on it. Blackberry and Blackberry enterprise software is great for businesses looking to hold all of the contacts, and they can serve as phones as well. The Treo is another great device for doing that as well

Yes. When you go into a meeting, you can find a contact instantly and book meetings for everyone. A beautiful time saver!

If you're looking into PDAs, think Blackberry. It's a roaming Outlook + cell phone + PDA. Just great!

time saving is definite, saw mcdonalds n fish n co using it already for taking orders n feedback, cuts the queue time making it more convenient
