if the log table is different in each database :
Open the 'good' database, copy its metadata for log table and create it in your 'bad' database.
if you can't open your database cause the log table is missing :
create new database with same metadata with your 'bad' database and copy all your records from 'bad' to the new database with database replicator or database pump.
if your log table is for the database system, reinstall your sql server.

Do you create Maintanance Plan
or Scheduled backup
If Yes Use your Backup File
IF your Log File for DB which you want attach is deleted than the attach won't succed
