Father and Son by Cat Stevens
It's not time to make a change
Just relax, take it easy
You're still young, that's your fault
There's so much you have to know
Find a girl, settle down
If you want you can marry
Look at me, I am old, but I'm happy
I was once like you are now
And I know that it's not easy
To be calm when you've found
Something going on
But take your time, think a lot
Think of everything you've got
For you will still be here tomorrow
But your dreams may not
How can I try to explain?
When I do he turns away again
It's always been the same, same old story
From the moment I could talk
I was ordered to listen
Now there's a way
And I know that I have to go away
I know I have to go
It's not time to make a change
Just sit down, take it slowly
You're still young, that's your fault
There's so much you have to go through
Find a girl, settle down
If you want you can marry
Look at me, I am old, but I'm happy
All the times that I've cried
Keeping all the things I knew inside
It's hard, but it's harder to ignore it
If they were right I'd agree
But it's them they know, not me
Now there's a way
And I know that I have to go away
I know I have to go

See my blog, one by Elton John, I put it on U-tube, it is my second one, the first one is my husband and me. Second one is to his child or mine, maybe both. THere is one by Bette Med about Sisters I did a slide show to, for two of my foster kids that were sisters, showed them from first grade till seventh, a real tear jerker with a happy ending, shows pics of them with their new adoptive parents. Did two songs for that one. Have fun.

"Forever Young" By Rod Stewart:
May the Good Lord be with ya down every road you roam
And may sunshine and happiness surround you when you're far from home
And may you grow to be proud, dignified, and true
And do unto others as you would have done to you
Be courageous and be brave
And in my heart you'll always stay
Forever young (forever young)
Forever young (forever young)
May good fortune be with you, may your guiding light be strong
Build a stairway to heaven with a prince or vagabond
And may you never love in vain
And in my heart you will remain
Forever young (forever young)
Forever young (forever young)
For ever young
For ever young
Yeah!
And when you fin'lly fly away I'll be hopin' that I served ya well
For all the wisdom of a lifetime no one can ever tell
But whatever road ya choose
I'm right behind you, win or lose
Forever young (forever young)
Forever young (forever young)
For ever young
For ever young
For! For! ever young
For ever young
