2/3 * 8/1 multiply top and bottom together...
2*8/3*1 = 16/3
16/3 can't be reduced, though since you're in Algebra I they might want you to reduce it to 5 1/3.

Remember. The "of" in, whats 2/3 OF 8....means multiply.

2/3 OF 8 means, 2/3 times 8

2/3x8=16/3=5 1/3=5.3333
