Need to give more info on the question. I will try to answer, if she is moving with children, I don't believe that she will have to get another court order, I think the present court order will stand up in that state. To be for sure, you will have to seek legal counsel.

I don't exactly understand the question. You have a court order for what? Custody of your children? Anyway, if you've moved to another state, after a certain length of time you may, indeed, need to renew the court order to reflect the laws of your new state. You should see an attorney.

If there's no criminal archives which incorporates a custody paper or divorce settlement that states you at the instantaneous are to not flow the toddlers thus far faraway from the daddy, then you definitely have each and every criminal correct to flow your toddlers everywhere you spot in good structure. be conscious although that the daddy would document papers with the courtroom for visitation or custody that would want to replace issues, yet when you're already moved by technique of then it really is going to be puzzling for him to do.

she needs to go to court and a motion will have to be filed to change juridiction. the court order more than likely still stands, because it doesn't matter who has jurisdiction...the law generally goes by the last court order that is in effect.
