Wow, I'd be hard pressed not to cheat and steal.
I guess I'd become and EMT working for an ambulance service so I could get people to hospital immediately. I might also start listening to the police scanner to hear about fires and other hazard situations so I could see what I could do about them.
In my own time I'd use it as an enjoyable way to ride my bike to work everyday without having to worry about leaving early. When it was time to go to work I'd freeze time and get there.

Freezing time would be banging. I'd use it to either do things that I normally wouldn't be able to do, or to catch up on stuff if I'm running late.

i would use it to cheat at high stakes poker. i would also use it to cheat on exams and achieve various degrees from prestigous universities. I might even become president by changing everyones vote. the possibilities would be great.
