A conversion van has been converted. I had one that had a bed, refrigerator, sink, stove, toilet and a table that could also be converted into a bed, Mine also had a roof that I could pop up to make it easier to walk in. Some just have better seating a a table, etc. You sort of get what ever you order.
A wheel chair van will have a ramp that comes down out of the sliding door. Some are electric/hydraulic, you ride the wheel chair onto it and it will raise to the level of the van floor.
