1) I'm now looking to confirm whether UAE will let me enter...I am an american citizen, am not going for work or education...simply a vacation. But I will obvioulsy have Israel stamped in my passport by the time I get to UAE customs.

2) If I am allowed to enter UAE, what is the best (safest and most feasible) way to get from Jerusalem to Dubai?

There are no direct flights operating between Israel and Dubai, and no train service also. You can travel via Amman (Jordan) or Istanbul (Turkey) by connection flights.

I Think For You To Enter Dubai Via Israel Will Be Next To Immpossible, And If You Have An Israeli Passport, Even More Difficult, Since There Are Trade Restrictions On Israeli Products.

As recounted you could have got to get a brand new passport due to the fact that you might have an Israeli stamp on it. What's humorous even though it plenty of Emratis take journeys to Israel and I see alot of the veggies and crackers offered in markets listed below are from Israel, so now not definite how that each one occurs.

Please note, that you can not enter the UAE, if you have an israeli stamp in your passport!

You won't get in here with an israeli stamp! but - there are 2 possibillities: if you have enough time, get a 2. passport (businessmen who have to travel both countries have that).
you also can take the risk at the israeli border to ask them not to stamp your passport. that also works, but i would not take that for granted.
