I recently downloaded a movie but since i don't have a dvd burner it won't fit on a single blank CD. Is there a program out there that I can use to cut the movie in half in order to put it on 2 disks?

sure!!!!! if you have windows movie maker, you could upload it there, and you could cut it in half, 3 peices... 4 up to you ^_^ it'll convert it to WMV tho... so you should also download "super fever" from download.com so you could convert it to whatever format you have it now, or into a VOD file making it ready for burn...
