More and more, by putting all the hypocrit friends that I had aside! Talk about manipulative lying scam! I might have less friends than I used to, but new and improved are kicking in. Be yourself, no matter what is my motto now...

For the most part...I've been able to make a lot of head way in balancing my life in the past year. Its still not my ideal of how I want my life to be...but it is 1000+ times better than it was a little over a year ago. I'm at least breathing again, becoming more optimistic-like I used to be (pre-marriage), and the fear and loathing is dissipating.

Yes. By being always aware of how I am feeling and how much I have on my plate. I up the good things when times are hard or shuffle things around and delegate to lower the bad stuff. I never used to be like this till I had a breakdown, now I 'walk slowly through each day' and listen to my mind!
