There's nothing wrong with having a baby born without a name. You might want to wait until it's born, and see what he or she looks like, and then decide on a name. My twin sisters went a whole day being called "Baby 1" and "Baby 2" before they were named, and that was just fine.
For me, my parents made a list of names they liked, and then when I was born, they picked the one they thought looked most like me.
