This is a holiday party, but it doesn't have to be holiday themed. The party is all girls. Thanks!

Oh Legally Blond would be great- its a girly movie. The Princess Diaries. Mean Girls. Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. All the Real Girls. The Prince and Me.
These are all great choices that chances are some girls have seen but most would watch over and over.
Have fun!

RV - with Robin Williams
The Hours - Nicole Kidman, Julianne Moore, and Meryl Streep
Alien and Aliens - Sigourney Weaver
Thelma & Louise (1991) - Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis
Pretty Woman (1990) - Richard Gere and Julia Roberts

That should get you started.

hello, i think ella enchanted and princess diaries 1 & 2 would be nice. you could also do a tea party like theme where the girls play make up and do each others hair. you could also have snacks, of course, and have a dance party.

Hmm..let me think. My daughter is 12 and anything PG or even PG-13 is almost always appropriate. My daughter loves movies like My Girl and My Girl 2. She just watched Click and Napolean Dynomite and likes those too.

Mean Girls, or Meet the Parents.
I watched that at a girl's birthday party when I was ten, I absolutely loved it.
Pretty much anything that is rated PG13 or above.
Otherwise you're just babying them.

the princess bride (esp if they haven't seen it already, it's must)

some movie with dancing. either step up or you got served whatever (yes i know, yuck, but it's like an extended music video and they may like it)

lion king 1 1/2 (it's a great movie that they'll enjoy and probably want to watch, but are too insecure to suggest)
