WHEAT all the way. White flours have all the nutrients and vitamins ground out of them, so white bread is just empty calories with no nutritional benefit. WHOLE WHEAT is the best for you.

when I buy bread at the store, it has to be wheat. But when I make homemade bread, it's always white or sourdough. If I eat breakfast at a restaurant, wheat.
I think wheat just tastes better, except homemade, that always tastes better no matter what.
