I forgot the formulas for getting the base, percentage and the other thing...Please help...

i don't know about the formula too...
but this is how i do this type of questions..

85% ----> 13
100% ----> (100/85) x 13
= 15.29 (4s.f.)

you can also do it this way...

85% means it is 85 portions out of 100 portions
since 85 portions is equal to 13
then 1 portion is 13/85
which is 0.1529
then 100 portions will be 0.1529 x 100
which is 15.29 also...

its 13 is that mean it equal to so you would write

x/13=85/100
then you multiply 13 to 100 then devide 85 that 15.29
