Yes. The cards are just to tell you what location and precinct to vote at.

Usually yes, you may have to show an ID and they would look you up on the roll of registered voter's then you can vote if your on the list.

Yes, they should have a master list of all registered voters. But you will have to show some form of ID befor they will let you in.

yes you can there are so many different type of id you can use from a student id / employer id/ a utility bill from where you live and your SS card so get out and vote
