If they are made of glass or plastic and they are cloudy, then no.
It is caused by etching which is caused by debris and cleaning products and nothing will get rid of it. Some products claim to help prevent it but that's about it.
A 50/50 percent solution water and vinegar may get off mineral build up. If not try CLR. However in my experience it is usually etching which can not be removed/

If you are talking about "Good" glasses, wine, champagne, etc., then you should ALWAYS wash these by hand, not the dishwasher. I line my sinks with hand towels, add hot water and Dawn. I do not wash anything greasy in this water until all my glasses are done. I rinse with hot water, put the glasses (carefully) in the drainer and then hand dry them so there are no water spots. Your towels should be lint free. If they are already coated by using the dishwasher, they are not repairable.

Try soaking them in vinegar water about (half and half), soak several hour or even over night. Then drain ad hot soapy water and wash by hand with a scrubbie or soft scrub, baking soda,(something abrasive) then rinse and dry. If this works, your dishwaher might have has build-up and should be cleaned.

if you are washing them in a dishwasher, make sure that you are using a rinse agent like jet-dry, they will make the glasses more clear, if the water is very hard they sell other things you can add to the detergent, like things with citrus in them to boost cleaning and it will make the glasses more clear and less cloudy
