let me make clear that below prescribed facial is a professional parlour method so can do twice a month or thrice, but strictly not more than that.

1. deep cleanse your face and neck with a cleansing cream or your ordinary milk and take the dirt with the help of a cotton ball.

2. now with a messaging cream (many products offers) message you face in upwards direction for 15 minutes.

3. wash it with normal water.

4. take steam for 3 minutes.

5. now rub very very gently with a mild facial scrub (preferable fruit scrub).

6. take off all the scrub with cotton ball dipped in water.

7. now as a last process apply a face pack (which suits your face type) for 10 minutes and remove.

8. apply a sunscreen if going out in sun immediately. avoid soaps for at least 3 hours to 5 hours.

All of the facials I have ever had done at the spa do a steam on my face first to open up all the pores, then do an exfoliant (scrub) to get rid of dry skin, then use a cream cleaner, then do a mask, toner, and then moisturize at the end. Most cleaning sets come with a scrub, toner, cleanser, and moisturizer.
1) Exfoliant- You put this on your face and use small circular motions to cleanse face. Rinse and then same goes for the cleanser, rinse then pat dry. Now for the mask. Don't get too close to eyes let sit for length of time it says-don't move your face around a lot during this and rinse then pat dry and then add the toner and let it air dry nefore adding on the moisturizer. Done. You can also do all the steps except the toner and moisturizer in the shower. It is so much quicker.

I would suggest a short session at the parlour of your choice. You will learn the best products for your skin type and the correct way to use them. Perhaps you can get a free trial session. Insist on natural products only; never use cheep chemical stuff on your face. The more expensive products may go on your holiday wish list, but you are worth it!
