Do a system restore on your computer. Restore your computer back to the date before
you downloaded IE7. This should restore IE 6 unless Microsoft has some special hack
that won't let you change anything... which wouldn't suprise me.
Read this carefully and fully before you install IE7.

You should be able to return to IE6 by doing this,

Just keep in mind that Microsoft wants you to believe IE7 is leading edge technology. Actually
it is bleeding edge technology.
Next month they will try to force you to download and install IE7 if you have automatic updates
turned on.
At least they will let you block this,

I am waiting until March 07 before I update to IE7.
Microsoft does have a history of screwing things up for people.

"Start - Settings - Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs"
Scroll down to Internet Explorer 7 (IE7), click on it and click "Remove".
You'll see all kinds of warnings about how your computer will stop working and may explode and the Earth will stop spinning and the Sun will go out, and blah, blah, blah.
Just do it, It will be fine.
Takes a few minutes, and you will need to reboot right after.
When you've re-booted, you previous verssion of Internet Explorer will be back.
Good Luck!

I have actually done this myself as I tried the beta 2 version and had probs (although I've now downoaded it again with Yahoo Toolbar and I'm happy with it this time).
The best way is to RESTORE.. Start - All Progs - Accessories - System Restore.
This worked fine for me with no after effects and everything just as it was.
