I'm not sure if this is nationwide, but in Oklahoma it is state law that an employer let you off to vote.

Today is a school hoilday, I live in Pennsylvania. I am seriously debating voting. I really am not in the mood. I am disenchanted with the government on a whole lately. I feel that politicians really do not care about the average American at all. So why should I care to vote for them. Still broke, struggling, and live in crime infested area.

Due to my work schedule, I will be unable to get to a polling place, so I did an absentee ballot.
