Nope. Thanks to the Republicans, you don't need a trial for someone to be punished for supporting terrorism. You just need to point your finger at them.
That is one of the reasons why people are sick and tired of Republican tyranny and will vote Democrat today.

Republicans label ANYONE against the Iraqi War terrorists. They have run out of reasons to justify our occupation of Iraq, so all they have left is to pull on our patriotic heart-strings. It's the same rhetoric we hear about the troops: "if you don't support the war, you don't support the troops." Only feeble-minded nitwits believe this load of crap.

It's just part of the big disinformation campaign whereby if you disagree with us you are the enemy.
There's no room to disagree. Isn't that the complete opposite of the principles of democracy?

People say this to try and scare voters into believing that if they vote for the Democrats then we arent safe. Its not true just propaganda.

The reason some say that is because sometimes what demos say, resembles a lot of what terrorists say
Such as, "I hate Bush" "Bush is a murderer" "Bush should die"
