Yes they do and it's .back in style! I built one myself outta nothing.I took a raleigh 5 speed,and changed everything on it an it 's unique! Just like me. Yes I am proud cause these bikes are more comfortable than the stupid mountain bikes where your center of gravity is not to your advantage. When I sit on it, I feel grounded ,in control, and I can still go faster than your average moron with a 500$ bike. I know I sound arrogant, but you should buy one and see for yourself. They make super hot models now. You can find some even on e-bay for cheap.

Wow, I remember them, I had one as a kid, my parents were great, they got me one and I treasured it. I don't know if they still make them, though, more and more I see the Mountain bikes. I have one of them now.
