Bush:
81 ATT, 207 Yards, 2.6 Average, longest run 18 yards, 0000 TDs

Williams:
25 Tackles, 19 Solo tackles, 4.5 Sacks,

Williams starts bush is a backup.
Williams has more sacks that Bush has TDs

Both the Saints and the Texans are not going to the Super Bowl.
Texans will have a change at getting either another Stud Defensive player or Adrian Pitterson.
Saints, well, they have a back up WR, RB and punt returner.
The saints used the 2nd pick in the draft to take a 3rd down scat back that sucks as a running back in the NFL.

Tough question to really answer . Comparing defense to an offensive player. It does look like they made the right pick. Although I think Houston should have taken V. Young. Bush is oeverrated. I know many people will disagree with me on that. But the fact is he played in an easy conference where their was not competition and no defenses being played. The NFL defenses are all fast and strong. Bush is too small to be a successful running back. He will be a good receiver and punt return guy because of his speed. If the Texans do get a good pick next year , they should definitelyl go for Peterson. He is a big fast running back who can break lots of tackles. That will open up the passing game and then the Texans could be on the way to a much improved team. Just look at The Cowboys of the Early Aikman , Smith era. When Dallas got Smith it really opened up the games for Dallas to win.

It seems easy to pick Bush but it is not the correct answer. Texans made the right move because I believe Williams will be the better overall player in 10 years, and there is no way Bush stays in the NO or Houston (had they picked him). He needs the big market. So even IF Bush becomes the player, he'll jump ship once his contract is up anyway. Bush has no heart, ask thse who knew him at USC, all about me type.

Williams has been better this year for sure, Bush has an average of only 2.6 yards per rush. He has a few highlight plays this year but other than that he has done nothing. Williams on the other hand had a slow start, but has been playing better as of late.

Hardcoco is exactly right. Marques Colston is undoubtedly having the best rookie year out of anyone. Who would have thought that an unknown reciever from Hofstra would have such an impact? Looks like the Saints don't miss Dante Stallworth at all.

To be fair, Reggie "The Fraud" Bush" has been injured. However the Texans made the right choice for their team. Williams has over 10 sacks this year.

i'm sorry but reggie bush is a bust, he is the highest paid decoy in the game, not to say he might not get better and be a probowler in the future but as of right now he flat out sucks, more so for a #2 over all pick in the draft

I'd pick Reggie Bush because his team is clearly better than the hapless Texans.

Are you serious? You must be a Houston fan. If you really want to compare rookies. How about Colston from the Saints? The man is a beast. No doubt he is the rookie of the year.
