i have to say the brands you mentioned are not the best as for nail polishes!!! I've been working as a nail technician for 4 years and tried the all!!! go for o.p.i nail colors and top coat. use 1 base coat then 2coats of colour (1st thin and 2nd more generous) and let dry for 3-5 minutes. then apply a generous amount of top coat. wait until it dries and off you go. it last longer than any other brand i tried!
on gels it will last up to 5 weeks and on naturals i would say up to 3 or even 4. with gel the only thing that differs between people is how they work with their nails every day. but on natural nails it depends a lot on the nail itself....like i said it might last from1 week up to 4 depending....
but certainly will last longer than what you used :)
and also try to feather touch the brush on the nail. don't put pressure...

always use a top and bottom coat when you paint on the colour also brush it along the edge of the nail it will help with chipping do the same with the top coat. Jessica nail polish is very good to it allows the nail to breath as well hope that helps you x

Clean and buff your nails. Use alcohol on your nails, let it dry. Use a clear undercoat. When you polish your nails, make one long strip down the center, then one on each side. Allow the first coat to dry, then apply the second. Use a topcoat. Polish the tips every three days. This will make it last. The longest lasting I've ever used is OPI.

The tips above are good. However, you may wish to try to apply a layer of "prime coat" before you apply the varnish and finish the job with a coat of clear "top coat". Good luck!

one of the ways you can prolong your manicure is to paint the very tip of your nails again after you've put a coat on them. By the tip I mean the part that hits a table when you drum your fingers on its surface. This seals off the whole nail, making it harder for your nailpolish to become unadhered and chip away.

try buffing your nails before you paint it helps the paint adhere better. Before you apply a top coat allow for the first layer to completely dry.
