The best eyeliner brand, in my opinion, is Rimmel. The eyeliner goes on smoothly and stays really well.
The best eyeshadow brand would be Maybeline. The powdered roll-on eyeshadow is really nice. :)

for eyeliner i exploit the elf (eyes lips face) liquid liner and that i like it. the better section is it basically fees a greenback and it maintains to be on all day for me. i do no longer possibly have a suggestion for mascara for long eyelashes because of the fact I already have longer lashes so my mascara does not somewhat make my lashes longer. As for eye shadow covergirl makes palettes for various eyes colorings. I own the only for blue eyes (because of the fact my eyes are blue) so i can't enable you to comprehend precisely what colorings are interior the brown one yet i in my opinion like the blue one. desire that enables a splash.

i usually never use drug store make up but revlon has the BEST liquid eyeliner, it stays on all day! doesn't fade at all! i've been using it for years, as far as eyeshadow, clinique and lancome have great eyeshadows that don't fall down onto your eyelashes (i hate that) in my experience all the drug stores brands do that, even though L'oreal owns estee lauder, lancome and more companies, they do not make them all the same, thats for sure! (bare essentials has the best foundation!) it covers everything and makes it look like your not using anything, good luck!

MAC. I personally use this product and they have the most colors of shadow and liner out there. All of their products are great and will give you a professional looking finish.
