1) Train your senses. I mean, practice to be aware of each one of your senses at a specific moment. What do you smell, what do you see and hear? Be aware of what you are tasting and touching or feeling with your skin.

2) Tell yourself "The here and now" several times a day. Here (in my bed, at the office, in the park), now (at midnight, during this hour, etc.). "There is no place I can be right now except for this one" "There is nothing I can be doing now except for this", etc.
And try to enjoy what you are doing at that moment.

3) Ask your doctor if you need any medication to help you with this.

I wish you peace and joy.

Meditate, it's basically sort of backing out and watch everything go along and act but not let bad things affect you in any way. Just schedule 15 minutes to an hour or longer if you want everyday and just sit in your room, close the door, put on some peaceful music that you like or no music at all, sit back and just think about everything and try and relax. Also, if you're pissed about anything then let it out, don't bottle stuff up because it accumulates and makes you feel worse, paint, sing, write, hit a pillow ! Just get it all out. When you get all that out of your head you'll be able to focus more on the now.

Train your mind to stop and enjoy life. Easier said than done because our Western culture is so geared towards not thinking about what makes us happy now, but what ELSE can make us happy. Many of us do this...if we're on a vacation for a few days or a holiday weekend, we tend to think that, "I have to go back to work in a few days", or "I wish it didn't have to end so soon." That takes our mind away from 'enjoying the moment.' If we constantly think about what else would make us happier, then when would we ever enjoy those things that do make us happy? Medidate and concentrate on the things that make you happy today...and today only. That is the first step in living in the moment.

Just try to remember, you only have THIS MOMENT. What happened in the past is GONE, the future has not yet ARRIVED.

Do the best you can in this moment and you will be a great and
happy person!

No worries, no regrets.

It Work's, REALLY!!!
