I'm very self-motivated when it comes to doing things I really enjoy like writing, but when it comes to work or chores, or anything that I don't know how to do very well, I need other people to motivate me or else I just won't get it done. It's really more that I need encouragement and reassurance that I'm doing a good job than anything else.

I would like to think I am self motivated but in honesty I think human connection and love have a large roll in defining what gets me going....
I love , and thrive off of seeing people really happy and when they are not I want to fix it with a bandage of some kind...
I have always felt since I was old enough to think, "nothing is impossible if we try hard enough..." And it is with the love and nurturing of those who we have in our lives that is a stepping stone to help us on our way... What I am saying is, without love life would be meaningless... So I am motivated by LOVE!

Yes, enough so that I had to teach myself to goof off now and again. I have always been self-motivated; I had to be because I had minimal parental guidance throughout much of my life. I don't like being "checked up on" - if I am given a job to do it will be completed. My favorite people are the ones that are confident of that.

Like everyone else, I change, I hate to assert. diverse issues round us trains us that doing not something is a reward, ultimate bliss, and there is this ingredient contained in the human ideas that asserts, "Why can't I take care of myself continuously if i'm an human being and that i visit have and do what i want?" I had to stop and go searching, confirm my negatives and positives, confirm my aims, and then placed the spurs to the horse, in an attempt to speak. i'm self-influenced, by technique of I even ought to position self assurance in built motivation very much. it really is a remarkable question! i'd not in any respect given it large idea.

I try to be. Most of the time, others aren't there to motivate me and so I'm left to fend for myself... I want to be valedictorian (and will probably be val), and I just have myself and my determination to do that... However, if I grow bored with something, my self motivation goes down the drain... :-)

Yes. I have to motivate myself but the word "have" tells me that I am not without motivation of some sort from some entity or another....
