MSIE 7 still has some security flaws in it, and it also stores your personal data where you cannot manually retrieve it, but can be accessed by a third party from my understanding. I would strongly recommend going back to the latest version of MSIE 6 and continue to use that, until the problems are fixed with MSIE 7.

Apparently people either love it or hate it.
From what I have seen, whether it runs good or not depends on you OS, AND sometimes on your hardware also.
Since I still use 98SE mostly, and just RECENTLY "upgraded" to IE6, I see no reason to take a chance with a program that, it appears, has more bugs than a cockroach farm!!
I ALSO still use DOS, and other older OS's where they are the "best for the job!"

No. I've had it for about a month now and I like it a heck of a lot more then the original one! I have not had 1 problem with it... so far... and I hope I dont. I've had more problems with Firefox and the other version of I.E though! I like 7 a lot better!

I have been using IE7 and firefox on my computer without any problems. The problem may be elsewhere . you should use a good registry cleaner to clean windows registry. It may help

Microsoft IE is horribly pathetic. Go to www.mozilla.com and download firefox, you will be glad you did, much more stable and a LOT more features
