I just saw one of my suspended account.....It has reached level 4 which I was trying for almost 2 months

Why were you suspended? If you are at fault and one of the jerks on here, I don't blame yahoo for cleaning you up and out! Then why do you have another account?
I wish yahoo woulld sift through the questions more carefully and take care of a few more.
Clean up your act and maybe you wil not offend people to report you!!!!
