Although we're vegetarian, we have to have sweet potatoes, rice, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and rolls at the table... or it's just not Thanksgiving! What about you and your family?

Turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, spinach dip in a hollow bread, and salad.

Also a beautiful cake because the holiday falls in between three birthdays and is near an anniversary while the whole family is there.

"Waldorf Stuffing"

My grandfather used to be the head waiter at the Waldorf-Astoria in NY during the 1940s *so my family says* When he retired, the chef's gave him the recipe for my grandmother. It has ground sausage, spinach, egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley and other spices. It comes out dark green but it is the BEST. Seriously, the family can have the turkey and all that. I'd just eat the stuffing
