I'm sorry I don't know who Ollybalcom is.

What you should do is go to your bank and tell them to close the debit card. This way whoever got your debit card number cannot do anymore charges on your expense. The bank probably will ask you make a claim so they will investigate the charges. They usually will refund the money after the investigation. Print up your statement and bring it to the bank with you in order to dispute the charge. There is alot of stolen identity out there.

Good luck.

Did you order anything from Ebay or another site? I've found sometimes that the User ID that I bought from is different than the one that my bank card got charged to.

I also bought a Christmas tree one year from something called, like, "Mitch's Christmas Trees," or something. I got my statement the next month and there was a charge for something like, "Gray Marketing Inc." I immediately contacted my bank, and while working with them, it occurred to me that the amount was exactly the same as my Christmas tree had been. Some companies just use different names for their advertised business and their bank business. I think that's kinda weird, but I guess these companies that do like Christmas trees also do firework tents, pumpkin patches and stuff like that.

See if the amount matches up to anything you've purchased lately. I'd go ahead and contact your bank anyway, they may be able to help you work through it. Good luck.

Ask the bank. I work for HSBC and we have a list of aliases that companies use for debit card transactions. It may be listed but I'm not at work at moment.

I have had problems like this with my credit card. Phone your bank (there should be a security problems number on your account somewhere) and ask them to stop your card because there has been fraud on it. They should ask you what payment you can't recognise and they will follow it up for you.

Ask the debit card company to charge back the item as you did not authorize it......except: how did they get your PIN #? or do you mean Credit Card?
