Oh God someone help. I think I'm going to lose it ( both my cellphone and my patience ). I'm going to tell you what happened in much detail. I have a samsung phone and it's a T-Mobile. Last night at about 7:00 I was just viewing my security stuff. I entered some pins because I didn't know what the pin code was. I then stopped when it said you have 1 attemp left. Being foolish at about 11:00 I forgot that I had 1 attemp left to enter the right pin, and ofcourse entered a wrong pin. The phone suddenly said " PIN BLOCKED " and the only option that was there was to call " SOS ". I turned the phone off and then turned it back on and I still only had one option to do. Call " SOS ". When my mom went to sleep I called " SOS " only to find out that it was the police station. I am freaked out right now. My mom has no idea that there is anything wrong with the phone and I am not going to her unless I can't get any correct answers from you guys. Please help me I don't want my phone taken away.

Also, everytime I close the phone the exterior viewing thing says " Enter Sim " but the Sim Card is in there. I also wanted to tell you that even though I only have 1 option to do ( and thats to call " SOS " ) it says call customer service. But I can't call customer service. Even If I do call it on the house phone or something, they are going to find out all this information and then my mom is going to find out. I don't what to do. If you think you can help me, please explain your answer in detail. Thank You.

Don't panic. It's not a big deal. Tell your parents and they can call the phone company to help you get it unlocked. I'm 32 and did it just a couple months ago with my new phone. It's all good. You didn't break your phone.

You just need to call or go to the TMobile store and ask them to help you. It's not a big deal, people forget passwords and pins all the time.

Yeah, you should chill. Plenty of normal adults don't know how to run their mobile phones. Just tell your mom you fogot your pin. She's probably done the same thing.

If you can't be adult enough to tell your mother that you accidentally screwed up your phone, you don't deserve a phone. Period.
You simply had to many failed attempts at entering your PIN. Go to your phone company's store and they can easily reset it.

Is your mom really that bad? If so, call sos again and ask the police officer to help you understand what this is all about. You don't mean to take time away from there busy day but, you are 12 and so on. Take it from there. They won't bite you....really :)
